Dr. Gerald Amundsen has nearly 30 years of experience in medicine and graduated from OU College of Medicine in 1996. He and his family have lived in Mustang for over 20 years and are very involved in the community. He is a co-owner of a med spa and nationally teaches about skin conditions and procedures for AAFP as well as the National Procedures Institute. Outside the clinic, he enjoys traveling, cheering on the OU Sooners, and spending time with his family.

Kalei Muniz is a lifelong Mustang resident who began her healthcare journey at 16 years old, she became a Nurse Practitioner in 2023. She is passionate about family practice and believes strongly in preventative, whole-person care, helping patients stay healthy and empowered in their health journey. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys time with her husband and three kids, reading books, or attending sporting events.

Samantha Blea has been a medical assistant for over 15 years and as a true passion for helping patients. She began her career in hospice care, where she developed compassion and patience that she brings to patient care daily. Originally from Tucumcari, New Mexico, Samantha moved to Oklahoma in 2024 with her family. She is a proud mom of three and enjoys spending her free time with her family.

Tracy Zollo is our morning receptionist. She has over 33 years of experience in healthcare and is the friendly face who helps keep our mornings running smoothly. Originally from McKinney Texas, she moved to Oklahoma many years ago and has been caring for patients ever since. Outside of work, Tracy loves spending time with her grandbabies and traveling with her husband in their RV.

Phoebe Headshot

Phoebe Gammon is our afternoon receptionist. She is a Texas native who began her medical career in 1998 and later worked as a phlebotomist, bringing decades of patient care experiences to our team. She and her husband have been married for 27 years and live in Newcastle. She is a proud mama of four and “GiGi” to nine grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to Mexico, fishing, and playing golf with her husband.
